These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Looply website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order or accessing our digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Looply reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our yarns, slight variations in colour and texture may occur between batches.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe and must be completed before your order is confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and payment processed. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Physical kit orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by location and are estimated at checkout. Looply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at looplyrest@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Digital products — including pattern-only purchases — are delivered electronically via an access code. Once redeemed, the digital content is available immediately through our website.

Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your digital content or access codes with others.

Each kit or digital product includes a unique one-time access code. This code grants you access to the step-by-step instructions, videos, and care guide for your product.

Access codes are single-use and tied to your account once redeemed. Please keep your code safe — we cannot reissue codes that have already been redeemed. If you experience issues with your code, contact us for assistance.

Physical kits: If you are not satisfied with your kit, you may return it in unused, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once the access code has been redeemed. If your code has not yet been redeemed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email looplyrest@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
